At Uptown Kitchen & Taphouse, we’re committed to giving you the safest dining experience possible. Here are a few things we’re doing:
- All employees are wearing masks at work. We want to protect you and each other
- Customers are encouraged to wear a mask while moving around the restaurant
- Our maximum capacity is 70 in the dining room, and 16 on our patio
- Carryout and curbside ordering are still available
- Reservations encouraged
- Contactless menus
- Hand sanitizer available
- Anything that touches the table is sanitized at our sanitizing station before reuse (checkbooks, signage, menus, pens, etc.)
- One entrance and one exit (separate)
- Tables cleaned and sanitized thoroughly between each party
- Heavy traffic areas and high-touch surfaces disinfected frequently, based on volume
- Bathroom cleaning completed hourly
- The staff handles all single-use items (no customer access to condiment caddies, salt and pepper shakers, water jugs, cups, straws, etc.)
- All employees screened upon arrival
- Monitoring of frequent handwashing and zero bare-hand contact of ready-to-eat foods by staff (GLOVES WORN)
- Arriving early and staying late to sanitize everything
- Bi-Weekly Electrostatic Cleaning throughout the restaurant by Vanguard Cleaning Systems
We’ve also signed up for the Keep Rogers Safe program where we pledge to comply and enforce the current directives in place in order to keep our employees and customers safe.
